Yoga Loft TriBeCa
Yoga Loft TriBeCa is located in the heart of downtown Manhattan, on the borders of Soho, Tribeca, and Chinatown. We strive to make our studio a clean, comfortable, and challenging place to practice.
All of our instructors are certified. We believe that the instructor is a guide, leading you through form and discipline, but that you are your one true teacher.
Bikram Yoga is a hatha yoga consisting of a series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises. The practice takes place in a room heated to 105 degrees Fahrenheit in order to increase flexibility and eliminate toxins from the body.
The benefits of Bikram Yoga include weight loss, improved flexibility, increased strength (both mental AND physical), stress reduction, toxin reduction, increased circulation and the rehabilitation of many injuries.
Any level of yogi is welcome at our studio. Bikram Yoga benefits everyone, from beginner to advanced, fitness freak to couch potato. Students work at their own pace, to the best of their ability, in order to achieve maximum benefits. A lifelong practice, Bikram Yoga can be done on its own or in conjunction with any other fitness program.
